Making a screen recording or taking screenshots helps enterprises save big sums of money in doing things like making a product demo among others.
There are various tools available in the market to capture screenshots or make screen recordings. The most popular of those is Snagit
Snagit helps you to capture high quality snaps and video of the screen of your device. On the other hand, VIDIZMO allows you to publish the recorded media to your Channel. Following are few steps to successfully capture videos and publish it in VIDIZMO:
You must have VIDIZMO Publisher and Snagit installed in your desktop. In order to do that, go into your VIDIZMO channel and a notification will pop up on top of the screen to install VIDIZMO Publisher. Simply click on it and install the software.
Using Snagit:
open Snagit and turn the capture mode (In the bottom right of the Snagit interface) to video. Select the covering area of the video and start recording. Once you have recorded the software demo, save it.
Using VIDIZMO Publisher:
To publish the recorded content, go through following steps:
- Double click on the VIDIZMO Publisher icon
- After opening VIDIZMO Publisher, first you have to sign in to your account
- After signing in, click on “Select Files”
- A dialog box will open to select the files you want upload. After Selecting all the files and click on “Open”
- The status of all the files being uploaded will now be shown. Here, you can change the Basic Settings as well as Publish Settings of the content by clicking on the Settings button.
- All the Settings options for the uploaded media will be available in the two setting tabs as shown below. Make the necessary changes and click on “Save”
Once the uploading and publishing is completed, the status bar will turn green and the media will become available on your Channel.
